Covenant Approval

I am so excited!! I got an email from the Covenant Administrator from the estate we are building our house in. He sent through the approval letter to say that our plans have been approved!! Yayyy!! Now we go in to see the builder and sign the contract, wait for the bank to give us our money and then the plans get sent off to Council. Once that happens then we can start building!! Hopefully within the next month to month and a half and we will see some progress!!
